The role involves reviewing and allocating work orders, issuing work to contractors and Works Supervisors, tracking progress and client due dates, supporting warranty and variation documentation, generating WIP reports, and maintaining accurate records in the Evolution system. The position requires strong administration, organisation, communication, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills, with desirable experience in building, construction, maintenance, social housing, facilities management, job management, scheduling, or CMMS platforms. It is hybrid after training, with three office days and two working-from-home days, and pays $70,000–$75,000 plus superannuation.
