Description
SAIT is hiring a Programmer Analyst II to support the delivery, operation, installation, validation, imaging, configuration, and readiness of software and related technology in classroom, teaching lab, and specialized lab environments. The role coordinates with academic areas, research and applied learning groups, ITS teams, vendors, and Software Asset Management; troubleshoots software, hardware, licensing, access, and configuration issues; documents support procedures; and contributes to continuous improvement. The position requires a diploma or degree in a relevant information technology discipline, at least three years of experience supporting Windows or macOS systems and complex academic or research environments, and hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory. The salary range is $75,000–$85,000 for 37.5 hours per week, with a deadline to apply of 4:00 PM on October 5, 2026.
