Gläser GmbH is hiring a full-time Programmer to develop and maintain software for electrical equipment and machine components across automotive, medical technology, and aerospace applications. The role includes Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7 programming, WinCC HMI development, ECAD wiring diagrams, machine commissioning, parameterization, fault analysis, optimization, and support for service and remote operations. Candidates should have completed technical training in electronics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering and be expert in Siemens automation environments, with EPLAN experience preferred.
