Description
The CNC Programmer develops, verifies, implements, and improves CNC programs and machining processes for production and new-product introduction. The role owns programming, troubleshoots complex machining issues, optimizes toolpaths and setups, supports first-article and engineering-change activities, and mentors CNC operators and machinists. It requires CAD/CAM, G-code, multi-axis programming, CNC controls, GD&T, and machining-mathematics knowledge, with 3–5 years of CNC machining or programming experience typically expected.
