Description
The Programmer for ABB Robot Controllers and Automation Solutions will reprogram ABB robot cells in a foundry finishing and grinding area, analyze and optimize existing processes, train production and maintenance employees on safe robot-controller use, and document programs and technical adjustments. The role requires mechatronics, electrical, or related technical training or a bachelor’s/master’s degree, ABB robot-programming and foundry experience, Siemens TIA PLC knowledge, complex automation and computer-vision programming experience, strong German and English skills, and independent problem-solving ability.
