Syntricate Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Programmer – Advanced (Mainframe/Cobol Developer) for a fully remote, 9+ month contract supporting Medicaid IT systems and enterprise application initiatives. The role involves maintaining and enhancing production COBOL and ADS applications, developing and testing code, troubleshooting issues, supporting QA and UAT, documenting application logic, and participating in on-call support. Required qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent professional work experience and extensive experience with mainframe technologies, including MVS COBOL, JCL, IDMS/Network, DB2, CA-ADS, Changeman, CICS, and VSAM.
