Reactor School, a Reapra portfolio company focused on entrepreneurship education for students and young founders, is hiring a Programmes & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and operational scaling of training programmes across schools, universities, corporates, and ecosystem partners. The role owns programme execution, operational governance, team leadership, stakeholder management, and quality assurance, with responsibility for budgets, logistics, documentation, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of programme/operations/project management or education delivery experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and familiarity with the education sector and entrepreneurial environments.
