Capitol Ridge at Providence is hiring a Programming/Activity Assistant to organize and implement resident programs, lead one-on-one, small-group, and large-group activities, support independent pursuits, encourage resident participation, communicate resident changes, and accompany residents on excursions. The role works Tuesday through Saturday and requires a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues, along with training in recreational activities and Alzheimer’s-related dementias.
