Description
The Arbors of Bedford is hiring a part-time Programming/Activity Assistant to organize and implement resident-centered programs, lead one-on-one, small-group, and large-group activities, support independent pursuits, encourage resident participation, communicate resident changes to the Harbor Care Director, and accompany residents on excursions. The role requires a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues, along with training in recreational activities and Alzheimer’s and related dementias. The position pays $17.50–$18.75 per hour and includes medical, vision, and dental benefits subject to eligibility.
