Description
The Programming Analyst will develop, test, maintain, and optimize software applications supporting healthcare operations and patient services. The role analyzes complex healthcare data, designs programming solutions, collaborates with clinical and IT stakeholders, ensures data accuracy and HIPAA compliance, troubleshoots software issues, and documents systems. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and three years of programming experience are required, along with healthcare data-system experience; experience with clearinghouses, IBM mainframes, DevOps, and Agile is preferred.
