Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a part-time Program Coordinator, Memory Care to support the development and implementation of resident-focused activities and events. The role includes creating a balanced monthly program calendar, coordinating groups and instructors, encouraging resident participation, supporting medical transportation and community outings, and assisting residents with vehicle entry and exit. Applicants need a valid driver’s license, a clean MVR, at least 21 years of age, and 3 years of driving experience; relevant programming-coordinator experience is preferred but not required.
