Audi Formula Racing GmbH is hiring a Program Manager in Neuburg, Germany, to manage the development and production of the Audi F1 Power Unit. The role coordinates technical, supply-chain, logistics, procurement, quality, and workshop activities; sets milestones and schedules; manages risks; reports progress to management; and continuously optimizes processes. Candidates need several years of project-management experience, preferably in motorsport or a comparable high-dynamics environment, technical knowledge of Formula 1 processes, strong planning and risk-management skills, and fluent German or English with willingness to learn the other language.
