Description
The Program Business Development Manager identifies, evaluates, and advances delegated underwriting authority program opportunities. The role assesses program administrators, underwriting discipline, portfolio performance, risk, pricing, profitability, and operational maturity; develops Program Assessment Reports; partners with actuarial and underwriting teams; and manages opportunities through implementation and launch. It requires a bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, or a related field, at least 10 years of property and casualty experience, and at least 5 years of delegated underwriting authority experience. The position is virtual or field-based, requires travel and occasional overnight stays, and offers a compensation range of $121,500 to $203,400.
