The Programs Coordinator, Portland & Springfield oversees daily operations and administration of TCAT Nashville’s Portland and Springfield campuses, including recruitment and retention, enrollment and dual-enrollment programs, faculty and support-staff supervision, budgets, accreditation, curriculum, student counseling, financial-aid communication, and program reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, higher-education admissions experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite software; it is a full-time exempt position with a salary of $60,876 to $74,926.
