Required Previous Experiences: Four years of relevant progressive experience with a bachelor’s degree, or two years with a master’s degree, or eight years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience managing large, complex C4I and HM&E government contracts or programs.
Experience leading diverse teams and managing program resources.
Experience with cost reporting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications: Current working experience within DoD, shipyard, and/or industrial environments.
Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
Experience managing CDRLs and complex reporting requirements.
