The role is a sales position focused on developing service projects, managing customer relationships, analyzing market performance, preparing proposals and reports, and closing retrofit, repair/replace, or design-build contracts. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of sales experience, proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and general ledger software, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field plus 3–5 years of experience in the mechanical or electrical service or construction industry.
