Description
The Project Accountant will support the financial management of construction projects by preparing owner requisitions, reviewing subcontractor invoices, managing compliance and change orders, validating forecasts, processing job-cost transfers, monitoring cash flow, preparing cash forecasts, entering budgets, supporting month-end close, and assisting with project closeout and new-project setup. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, at least five years of relevant accounting or project finance experience, and experience with CMiC and Procore; quarterly travel to Irvine, California and Woodbridge, Canada is required.
