Vision Electric & Systems is hiring a full-time Project Accountant in O'Fallon, Missouri. The role manages accounts payable and receivable, job-cost systems, vendor and subcontractor billing, invoice processing, collections, contract and subcontract documentation, financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, and audit readiness. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent knowledge, at least three years of accounting experience, preferably in general contracting or subcontracting, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets; ComputerEase experience is a plus.
