Ballast Nedam West is hiring a Project Advisor, Building Services Engineering | Building-Related Installations (HVAC/W) in Capelle aan den IJssel. The role serves as the technical advisor for building-related installations across construction projects, from tender and plan development through execution and aftercare. Responsibilities include preparing technical descriptions and cost estimates, coordinating with clients and installers, monitoring quotations and execution drawings, supporting procurement discussions, and advising project teams. The position requires higher professional education in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and availability for at least 32 hours per week.
