Description

MANTECH is hiring a full-time Project Analyst in Saint Inigoes, Maryland, with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days. The role manages technical documentation, small projects, operational processes, reporting, schedules, risks, issues, opportunities, and working groups for Navy and contractor entities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of DoD support experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and a current or active Secret Security Clearance. The projected compensation range is $68,600 to $114,100, with health insurance and other benefits available.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, or an Associate’s degree with 4+ years of additional relevant experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 6+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 1 year of prior Department of Defense support experience, preferably involving Navy requirements processes.
Experience organizing, prioritizing, and managing workloads across multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data migration and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project or related scheduling tools.
Strong aptitude for proactive problem-solving and dependency modeling.
