ICF is hiring a Project Analyst, (SETA 1) to support science and engineering innovation programs at the National Science Foundation. The role manages grants, cooperative agreements, acquisitions, award reviews, administrative processes, meetings, scheduling, data sharing, and programmatic recommendations. It requires a BS/BA or equivalent education, at least five years of research and development expertise in grants management, project management, and research projects, and at least two years of federal or state SBIR and STTR program experience. The position is hybrid in Alexandria, Virginia, and pays $61,232 to $104,094 annually for full-time employment.
