ICF is hiring a Project Analyst, SETA 2 (Partnerships) to support science and engineering innovation programs at the National Science Foundation. The role provides technical and programmatic support to R&D portfolio directors, manages awardees and milestones, prepares program briefings and technical reports, coordinates stakeholder and technical meetings, supports systems engineering and process improvement, conducts data analysis, and may lead implementation tasks. The position is hybrid in Alexandria, Virginia, requires a BS/BA or equivalent education and at least 10 years of research and development, project management, and research project management experience, and offers a full-time pay range of $89,649 to $152,404.
