MANTECH is hiring full-time Project Analysts for its Oahu, Hawaii and Dallas, Texas locations. The role leads technical project audits, investigates discrepancies, develops root-cause analyses, monitors performance against benchmarks, validates project health reports and resource burn rates, provides technical guidance on mission execution data, and mentors subordinate staff. Senior-level candidates need a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, while mid-level candidates need a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; both levels require an active Secret Clearance. Preferred qualifications include a business or management degree, PMP or CAPM certification, DAWIA Level II certification, and experience with DoW project control tools.
