The role bridges design and physical project execution, coordinating engineering and MEP systems, procurement, estimating, construction administration, field inspections, commissioning, subcontractor oversight, and project milestones. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of MEP design, installation, operation, or commissioning experience, and the ability to travel 5–20% domestically. The position offers full-time health, dental, and vision insurance, a $118,500–$148,500 annual salary, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
