The Project and Portfolio Management department is seeking a specialist to manage strategic projects from conception through implementation, advise project stakeholders, coordinate cross-departmental teams, conduct workshops and training, analyze customer and market needs, develop business cases, and represent the bank in external committees. The role requires a banking-focused qualification, experience with strategic and agile project management, cross-functional team leadership, stakeholder workshop facilitation, MS Office and collaboration tools, and fluent German. The position offers a 39-hour workweek, TVöD-based compensation, flexible working arrangements, and other benefits.
