REMONDIS is hiring a Project and Process Manager specializing in Value Stream Management for its Melsdorf branch. The role develops and implements project and value-stream management tools, analyzes and visualizes value streams, identifies optimization opportunities, supports end-to-end process improvement, facilitates cross-departmental workshops, and independently manages projects involving specialist departments and IT. The position requires a master's degree in business administration or a comparable program, analytical and strategic thinking, strong facilitation and communication skills, familiarity with MS Office and MS Teams, and experience with controlling, project, process, or value-stream management; Lean Management experience is preferred.
