Description
The role coordinates and schedules employees, ensures timely and high-quality work completion, supports departmental development, shares knowledge, and maintains understanding of project- and vehicle-specific systems. It also identifies and analyzes process and system errors, supports their remediation, ensures compliance with statutory and occupational requirements, and helps optimize work processes. The position requires vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable field, several years of comparable professional experience, drawing and bill-of-materials experience, and strong English communication skills; defense-industry knowledge, SAP knowledge, and willingness to travel are advantageous.
