AECOM is hiring a Project Archaeologist to manage cultural resources and archaeological projects across Ontario from proposal through final reporting. The role leads fieldwork logistics and crews, applies archaeological methodologies, ensures regulatory compliance and quality, coordinates with clients and regulators, manages budgets and schedules, supports business development, and mentors junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of consulting experience including three years leading archaeological projects, knowledge of Ontario’s heritage regulatory frameworks, and experience coordinating large field teams.
