Description
HCM is hiring a full-time Senior Living Project Designer/Project Architect to manage and coordinate architectural projects across the design process. The role develops design and building-performance strategies, contributes to technical and detailed design, prepares and coordinates construction documents, reviews shop drawings and materials, performs construction administration, and maintains client, consultant, and contractor relationships. Candidates should have 5–10 years of architectural experience, strong Revit and presentation skills, and experience with senior living or hospitality projects; a license is preferred but non-licensed applicants with relevant experience may be considered. The projected base salary is $75,000–$90,000 in Maryland and Colorado, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional-development benefits.
