The Carroll Companies’ CIP Construction division is hiring a Project Architect in Greensboro, North Carolina, to design and coordinate multi-family wood-frame apartment projects. The role collaborates with construction teams, governing agencies, consultants, and other project stakeholders; manages design and technical solutions, schedules, budgets, sub-tier consultants, and building permits; and ensures code-compliant, quality deliverables. Candidates need a professional architecture or related degree, architect licensure, 3–5 years of relevant design experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD.
