Description
The Project Architect provides technical leadership and oversight for architectural projects from pre-design through construction closeout. The role leads building design, code compliance, document and specification coordination, BIM model quality, constructability reviews, submittal approvals, RFI responses, and project closeout, while supporting the Project Manager with cost and schedule-related technical decisions. The position reports to a Principal and requires a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, active board licensure, and 5 to 15+ years of architectural experience.
