C&S Companies is seeking an Architectural Designer to work independently on architectural design projects and coordinate with architects and other disciplines. The role covers planning and creative design, schematic and design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, on-site construction administration, and project closeout. Candidates should have 5–10 years of architectural design experience, a professional architecture degree, proficiency in REVIT, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to manage client relationships and project deadlines. Architectural licensure is preferred but not required, and the estimated compensation is $95,000–$110,000 per year.
