Description
The Project Architect will lead the technical development, coordination, and execution of residential and light commercial architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration. Responsibilities include precedent research, design development, layouts, drawings, renderings, 3D models, material and systems recommendations, and collaboration with the VP of Design, outside consultants, and regulatory agencies. The role requires proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Enscape, at least 5–10 years of residential and commercial design experience, and strong communication, teamwork, and resource-management skills.
