Description
CUBE 3 is hiring a Project Architect to serve as the key point person on a project team under the Project Manager. The role leads design and technical work across schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, coordination with consultants, project scheduling, client and consultant communication, and mentoring of junior staff. Candidates need at least seven years of related architecture or construction experience, a professional bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited architecture school, proficiency with Revit and BIM, and experience completing at least five projects through construction documents and construction administration.
