Dekker’s Healthcare Studio is hiring a full-time Project Architect to lead the technical development and coordination of complex healthcare architecture projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. The role involves translating design intent into constructible solutions, coordinating project documentation and multidisciplinary consultants, supporting bidding and permitting, and mentoring project team members. Candidates must hold an active U.S. architectural license, have a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field, and possess 7–10 years of architectural experience, including healthcare project delivery. The position requires applicants to reside near Albuquerque, Phoenix, or El Paso.
