DLR Group is hiring an Architect for its Nashville office to contribute to the day-to-day design and technical development of projects. The role coordinates project documentation and delivery, leads cross-functional design disciplines, supports BIM standards, manages project schedules and budgets, participates in client presentations, and provides technical guidance to less experienced staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least six years of professional architectural experience, professional licensure, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite. The firm uses a four-day in-office work model with flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays.
