EXP is hiring a Project Architect for Mission Critical and Commercial Building projects, based in the Chicago, Illinois office. The role leads design and technical teams from conceptual design through construction documents and construction, coordinates with program and project managers, manages client and subconsultant relationships, prepares presentation materials, and oversees bid and construction activities. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, architectural practice experience, construction administration experience, architectural licensure or AXP progress, AutoCAD proficiency, and at least five years of experience. Mission Critical or Data Center projects are preferred, and the salary range is $110,000 to $120,000 with health insurance and other benefits.
