Description
HLW is hiring a Project Architect to lead architectural design and delivery from concept through construction administration. The role owns design vision, coordinated construction documentation, BIM standards, QA/QC, construction administration, site visits, client and consultant coordination, and mentorship of less experienced staff. Candidates need a professional architecture degree, 10+ years of experience, registered architect status, Revit and BIM proficiency, and strong knowledge of codes, specifications, and construction methods. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three onsite days and a salary range of $110,000-$150,000.
