Description
The Project Architect will lead the production and coordination of architectural drawing sets for custom homes and residential renovation projects, taking work from schematic design through permit-ready construction documents. The role covers California building codes and Title 24 compliance, 3D modeling and visualization, interior design coordination, plan-set management, and collaboration with design teams and stakeholders. It is a full-time remote position requiring U.S. business hours and experience with residential architectural drafting, code compliance, and multiple project management.
