The role involves day-to-day design and technical development, project documentation and delivery, coordination with the Project Manager and BIM Manager, leading cross-functional design disciplines, applying BIM standards, and providing technical guidance to less experienced staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least six years of professional architectural experience, professional licensure, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite. The firm follows a four-day in-office work model with flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays.
