19six is hiring a full-time, experienced Project Architect to acquire and manage healthcare projects in the Santa Barbara and Southern California region. The role covers project coordination from pre-design through construction administration, architectural redlines and document revisions, quality control, consultant and team coordination, construction document coordination, client communication, and project scheduling, scope, and budget management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, a California architectural license, OSHPD/HCAI experience, and proficiency with Revit, Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite; a master’s degree and LEED certification are preferred. Compensation is $90,000–$150,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
