The Project Architect I runs conventional architecture on small- to moderate-size projects, independently developing models, drawings, specifications, design analyses, occupancy studies, and layouts. The role coordinates technical design with engineers and outside consultants, reviews documents for accuracy, resolves field issues, serves as a direct contact for clients and consultants, and mentors junior staff. It requires Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, supports licensure through AXP and Architectural Registration Exams, and offers a hybrid work schedule, benefits, and an ESOP.
