The role involves designing and technically developing projects, coordinating drawings, specifications, and documentation, leading cross-functional design disciplines, applying BIM standards, managing project schedules and budgets, and participating in client presentations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least six years of professional experience, professional licensure, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite. It follows a hybrid model with a four-day in-office schedule and flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
