The role involves day-to-day design and technical development, coordination of project documentation and delivery, collaboration with project managers and BIM teams, development of complex architectural solutions, quality assurance, client presentations, and guidance of less experienced staff. The position follows a hybrid model with a four-day in-office schedule and offers flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least six years of professional experience, professional licensure, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
