Temple University is hiring a Project Architect/Manager to serve as the university's owner's representative and design lead for small- and medium-sized capital improvement projects. The role leads planning, programming, design management, consultant coordination, architectural leadership, feasibility studies, space planning, conceptual design, limited construction documents, permitting, code reviews, procurement, construction administration, and project closeout. It requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field, at least five years of professional experience, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
