Description
The Project Assistant will provide administrative management and technical assistance for the Metro Boston Crisis Intervention Team Training and Technical Assistance Center and office management for the COHR Unit. Responsibilities include training logistics, participant registration, documentation, office operations, communications, website and resource updates, stakeholder coordination, public outreach, grant budget support, and program data and reporting. The role is based at the Somerville Police Department, requires frequent travel in the Metro-Boston and North Shore regions, and is full-time with a Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 pm schedule. The position pays $65,000 annualized plus benefits and requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or criminal justice; bilingual Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Haitian Creole and grant and budget management experience are preferred.
