Excap is hiring an intern in Groningen for its Operations department, supporting mystery-guest projects from contacting and briefing guests through report review. The intern may progress to managing their own projects and works alongside project managers, project coordinators, and a researcher. The role requires a student in Communications, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a comparable field, strong Dutch, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The internship offers a laptop, an allowance of €350 per month, and an active staff association.
