Description
The role conducts pre-drill meetings with drilling crews, project managers, subcontractors, and other personnel to review project scope, drilling locations, depths, work sequences, safety requirements, hazards, utility clearance, access, logistics, equipment, environmental and regulatory requirements, and client-specific needs. The position also documents meeting details, identifies potential issues, communicates corrective actions, and relays project changes to project managers or supervisors. It requires 2-3 years of construction or field operations experience, strong site-safety knowledge, clear communication, hazard identification, organizational skills, and familiarity with drilling equipment and procedures.
