Trust for Public Land is hiring a Project Associate to support land protection and conservation projects in Colorado and the Southwest. The role assists with land acquisition, conservation, project research, landowner outreach, government and nonprofit collaboration, real estate due diligence and closing, grant preparation, community outreach, presentations, and administrative tasks. It is based in the Santa Fe, New Mexico office with potential hybrid work across New Mexico, travel across the state, and occasional evening and weekend work. The position offers a full-time salary of $58,000–$65,000 annually and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
