Sense Engineering is hiring a Project Associate / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) for its Vancouver Building Restoration Consulting Team. The role supports building evaluations, site reviews, investigations, project coordination, client and contractor communication, technical report and construction document preparation, and client meetings. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, EGBC registration or eligibility, strong communication and teamwork skills, MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The position offers a base salary of CAD 65,000–80,000 and estimated total compensation of CAD 70,000–90,000, plus benefits and potential profit sharing.
